Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take your extra ripe banana, and mash it with a fork till not chunky anymore. Combine your ingredients and mix till smooth.
Use either muffin liners or baking spray or butter to ensure that your muffins don't stick.
Bake your muffins at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra cinnamon powder on top! Enjoy!!
