High Protein Flourless Banana Chocolate Muffins

No flour is needed for this recipe – so these are amazing if you’re gluten-free or dairy-free!! These are the perfect breakfast or snack options if you’re looking for something sweet!

SERVING SIZE: 5-6 Muffins

1 extra ripe large banana

1/3 cup chocolate protein powder

1 egg

1/3 chocolate chips

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

The recipe:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Take your extra ripe banana, and mash it with a fork till not chunky anymore. Combine your ingredients and mix till smooth.

Use either muffin liners or baking spray or butter to ensure that your muffins don’t stick.

Bake your muffins at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra cinnamon powder on top! Enjoy!!
