Lower Body 14 Day Lean

I love this series so much. It’s a full 2-week series to help you grow your glutes and lean your legs. It’s actually a mix of strength, cardio, light toning/pilates, and stretching. You will see a lot of variety in this program, which your body will love! The workouts will range from bodyweight to free weights, to some band or ankle weight workouts.

PS. If you guys don’t have ankle weights at home, just add free weights to some of the moves – you’re totally fine! This series will help keep you accountable for those leg days;)
