SCULPT IT: the KA Method Series

Welcome to the Sculpt I.T. Series! If you’re new here, this is my signature method – the perfect blend of some of my favorite things, toning, strength & interval training (the I.T. of sculpt IT)! Each workout is time-based, with the timer displayed on the screen so you know when to take your breaks & move on to the next exercise. They are all efficient, short, and sweet, which you will love, with a great variety to choose from. Booty, straight HIIT, arms, abs, etc. You can pair the workouts together or do them on their own, anytime, anywhere.
