A perfect game day appetizer!!š Introducing.. high protein + healthified Buffalo Chicken Dipš¤¤ If you havenāt tried to blend your cottage cheese yet into a recipe, nowās the time!! Trust me this is so so so good
The recipe:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese with a splash of water until smooth. Ensure the chicken is finely shredded and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly to create a smooth layer.
Top with your Mexican cheese blend, mozzarella, panko bread crumbs, and sliced jalapeƱo.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the diced green onions over the top of the dip.
Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy! xx

1/4cupmozzarellato top
1/3cuppanko bread crumbs
1/4cupgreen onion,diced
