Greek Yogurt + Almond Butter w/ Dark Chocolate Shell

The easiest 5 ingredient healthy dessert idea!!! My college roomate made this in college, and recently I started to see it everywhere on tiktok! It’s so easy to make, and so so good!

SERVING SIZE: 2

(you can make into one bigger one, or 2 smaller portions)

1.5 cups greek yogurt

2.5 tablespoons almond butter

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

FOR THE CHOCOLATE SHELL TOPPING

1/4 cup dark chocolate

1 teaspoon coconut oil (spray or regular type works fine!)

Sprinkle of flaky sea salt to top

The recipe:

In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, almond butter, and cinnamon for sweetness. Place in freezer for ~15 minutes.

For the dark chocolate top, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil, then microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute. I stir around 25 seconds in to see where it’s at. Nothing worse than burnt chocolate!!!

Spread your melted dark chocolate on top of your greek yogurt mixture.

Refrigerate/freeze to harden the dark chocolate for ~15 minutes. Top with optional sea salt & enjoy!!
