This is the perfect high-protein, low-ingredient snack!
2 1/2 cups packed spinach
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
The recipe:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Finely chop your spinach to make it easier to eat!
Blend your cottage cheese in a blender or immersion blender.
Combine your finely chopped spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer your mixture to a cast iron or baking dish and top with your shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. And enjoy!! xx
