5 Minute, 5 Ingredient Breakfast Tacos

Make breakfast with me!! Combining my love for tacos + breakfast🤝 They really take 5 minutes to make, so they’re a perfect way to elevate your normal quick breakfast. Plus, with tacos, you can customize them however you like with different toppings!!🌮🍳

SERVING SIZE: 2 Tacos

2 Tortillas

2 large eggs

1/2 avocado, sliced

3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon pico de gallo

Seasonings: garlic powder, salt and pepper

The recipe:

Scramble your eggs in a skillet on medium heat, seasoning with your garlic powder, salt and pepper.

When your eggs are almost done add your shredded cheddar to your eggs. I grated my cheese directly over the pan to save on dishes.

Set your eggs aside and heat your tortilla – I choose to do it directly on the stovetop for a little char.

Now it’s time to assemble! Add your cheesy eggs to the taco, sliced avocado and finally top with your pico de Gallo!

Feel free to add in a little chorizo to really spice things up too 😉 Enjoy!!
