5-Minute Mini Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

An easy 5 minute lunch or snack I love to make!!! Optional: dip ‘em in ranch🤤 These are great to pack for lunch, too! I’d pair it with some carrots/celery on the side! Save this video to try🫶

SERVING SIZE: 2 (2 wraps before cutting)

2 heated large flour tortillas

2 slices of pepperjack cheese,

1 tablespoons mayo

1.5 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1.5 cups shredded chicken

2-3 tablespoons buffalo sauce

1/4 cup green onion, diced

Seasonings: salt & pepper

Optional: ranch to dip!

the recipe:

First, warm the tortillas on the stove top until they are slightly charred. This adds a smoky flavor to the dish.

Finely chop the romaine lettuce, dice the green onions, and slice the pepperjack cheese in half lengthwise and set aside.

Mix your shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ensuring that the chicken is evenly coated.

On the heated tortilla, spread a layer of mayo down the middle. Then place the sliced pepperjack cheese on top of the mayo.

Layer your romaine and buffalo chicken on top then sprinkle with your green onions, salt, and pepper.

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the ingredients and roll it up. Slice the wrap into 5-6 equal pieces for easy serving.

Feel free to adjust ingredient quantities based on your preferences, and feel free to pair with your optional ranch to dip. Enjoy! xx
