Veggie Tea Sammy’s

Veggie Tea Sammy’s

I love making these cute little tea sandwiches in summertime!!! ☕️🥪 They’re perfect for get-togethers, kids, bridal showers, brunches, or just for a Sunday afternoon. They’re super simple to make in a bigger quantity, refreshing, and delicious!!!

SERVING SIZE: 15-20 tea sandwiches depending on cut and bread size

6-8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons mayo

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill

1/4 cup green onion

1 lemon squeezed

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tomatoes

1 cucumber

8 pieces of white bread

The recipe:

In a bowl, combine your cream cheese, mayo, dill, green onion, lemon, olive oil, and garlic salt to create your spread.

Prep your veggies by thinly slicing your tomato and cucumber. NOTE: I salted the cucumbers over a paper towel, and let them sit for 15 min to remove some excess water so the sammy’s don’t get too soggy!

Lay out your bread slices and spread your cream cheese mixture on all your pieces, layering your tomatoes and cucumbers on top.

Create your sandwiches by removing the crusts and cutting into small squares to get your tea sammy’s!

KEEP REFRIGERATED!!!!!🤌
