Spinach Artichoke Chicken Taquitos (in collab with @broccyourbody) !!
The perfect game day appetizer to make this weekend🏈 simple, crispy, tasty.. and who knew you were going to get some veggies in this Sunday?! 😉

Preheat your oven at 400 degrees.
Prep your artichokes and spinach by finely chopping. If your chicken isn't shredded, make sure to get as shredded as possible.
In a bowl mix together your chicken, chopped artichokes, chopped spinach, greek yogurt, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Scoop the mixture into your tortillas and roll. Place your taquitos on a baking tray with then opening-side down so they stay closed.
Spray generously with avocado spray to get nice and crispy.
Bake at 400 for 15 min, flip, bake another 10. Enjoy!! xx
