Healthy Edible Cookie Dough

Sometimes I like eating cookie dough more than I do baked cookies.. and I can eat a freakin pound of cookie dough when I’m on a roll, so I love to healthify it!! This cookie dough is edible – and not meant to be baked! It’s actually also packed with natural protein and sugars! Plus it was a hit with my mom + fiancé too🤎

1 1/2 cup rolled oats

4 ounces apple sauce

3 dates, pitted

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoon maple syrup

1/3 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

tiny splash of water

2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

The recipe:

Blend all your ingredients minus the chocolate chips. Also, the apple sauce really cuts a huge nut butter flavor if you’re worried about it being nutty- it’s actually not!

PS, feel free to blend more til smoother. I like mine with oat chunks🫶

Hand mix in your chocolate chips after blended to desired texture. Scoop and enjoy!! xx
