Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

I don’t know about you guys but I love eating brussel sprouts at restaurants but hate making them at home. That was until I tried them in an air fryer! Truly life changing.
Here’s what you need:
1 bag of Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Balsamic glaze
Here’s how you make it:
Wash the brussel sprouts and cut off the stem, then slice into 4 pieces, so they are kind of flat and some of the leaves are falling off. These pieces will get nice and crispy in the air fryer.
Toss in olive oil, garlic powder and sea salt and cook in the air fyrder  for about 8- 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Then take them out of the air fryer and add the parmesan cheese and pop back in for another minute
Transfer the crispy, cheesy sprouts to a bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze! It’s a perfect combination of sweet and salty!
