Egg White Bites
A quick, protein-packed breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings! These are great for meal prep and can be customized with your favorite veggies.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray.
Add one egg white to each muffin cup.
Top with 2-3 thin slices of zucchini, a sprinkle of chopped green onion, and a little parmesan cheese.
Season generously with garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
Serve with sliced avocado and hot sauce for extra flavor! (Diced asparagus would be a great addition too!)
