I love this version of a Caesar salad because in my opinion, it keeps you fuller way longer and all you have to do is add pasta! It’s so simple and takes 15 minutes or less to make! These ingredients are so easy to keep on hand and it’ll easily become a staple of your weekly diet!!
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup rotisserie chicken
1 cup cooked pasta
1/3 cup croutons
1/3 cup parmesan
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon, to squeeze
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
Seasoning: salt and pepper to taste
Cook your pasta according to package and drain.
While your pasta cooks, dice up romaine and shred your rotisserie chicken.
In a large bowl, combine your lettuce, chicken, pasta, croutons, parmesan, Caesar salad dressing, squeezed lemon and avocado. Mix well and enjoy!! xx
