Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Here’s what you need:

3 corn tortillas (I didn’t have corn chips at home so I used corn tortillas and cut them up into chips. Then I sprayed both sides with some olive oil spray & sea salt and baked in the oven at 400 degrees for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they turned slightly brown & crispy)

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/4 cup buffalo sauce

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup chopped banana peppers

Handful of chopped green onions

Scoop of sour cream

Here’s how you make it:

Chips: if you have corn chips, great!! If you only have tortillas at home, you can make chips in the oven like I did, above!

In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly combined.

Place chips in a thin layer on a baking sheet and top with buffalo chicken mixture. Then add shredded cheese and bake in the oven at 400 degrees until the cheese is completely melted.

Take out of the oven and top with diced avocado, banana peppers and green onion! Enjoy!!
