Buffalo Chicken Nachos

If you have corn chips, great! If not, cut the tortillas into triangle shapes, spray both sides with olive oil spray, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy and golden.
In a bowl, toss together the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well combined.
Spread the homemade chips or store-bought chips in a thin layer on a baking sheet. Top with the buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
