1 lb ground turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and form 1 inch balls.
Cook the meatballs on medium heat with some olive oil for about 8-12 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes, so that each meatball is evenly cooked.
Ground turkey cooks really fast so you definitely want to cook it all the way through but don’t want to dry it out! I always like to cut one meatball open just to be sure it is fully cooked!
You could add this to pasta, salad or any bowl that you are making! It’s the perfect protein addition to any meal!
