Here’s what you need:
2 extra ripe bananas
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Here’s how you make it:
First mash up your bananas and then add in your eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Once the wet ingredients are well mixed, add in the remaining dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and evenly divide muffin mixture up into 12 muffins. I topped mine with granola and baked for 16-18 minutes at 350 degrees.
