Here’s what you need:
1 cup kale, washed and stems removed
2 italian chicken sausages, sliced
1/2 onion sliced
1 zucchini, diced
1 cup chopped broccolini
Seasoning: olive oil, red pepper flakes, onion salt, garlic powder, Red pepper flakes
2 cups of cooked pasta
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Here’s how you make it:
Cut up all of your veggies and sausages and spread them out evenly onto a sheet pan. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and onion salt and cook at 400 degrees for about 16-18 minutes.
While the veggies and sausages are in the oven, cook pasta according to the box. Once the pasta is ready, add parmesan, olive oil, pepper and sea salt in the pasta.
Top with veggies and sausage and add some more parmesan and red pepper flakes to taste!
