Beef hash with fried egg

Here’s what you need:
1 cup of diced potatoes
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced 
1/2 lb of ground beef
1 tsp olive oil
Chili powder, onion salt, Lawry’s salt and pepper, to taste
Handful of shredded cheese
1 egg 
1/2 avocado
1-2 green onions, chopped
 
Here’s how you make it:
Dice baby potatoes, onion and peppers. First boil the baby potatoes for a few minutes in a little bit of water in a frying pan.
 
Then add in the onion, peppers and ground beef. Saute in a little bit of olive oil, chili powder, onion salt, Lawry’s salt and pepper.
 
Cook for about 10 minutes or until your beef is fully cooked and the potatoes are getting nice and crispy.
 
Then put a serving of the beef hash on a plate and top with shredded cheese, egg cooked to your liking, avocado and green onion! Feel free to add hot sauce too!
