Healthy-ish Banana Choc Chip Muffins

Mix all of these ingredients in one bowl:

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In another bowl, mix all of your dry ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add your dry mix to your wet mix! Then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate) and any nuts if you’d like!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add your dough to greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for for 12-15 minutes! Enjoy!
