NEXT LEVEL Healthified In n Out Turkey Sliders

The perfect summer meal that feels like you’re having a BBQ without actually having to go outside and grill! These turkey sliders are packed with protein and are so delicious, perfect if you are having some friends over for dinner or if you just want to have a taste of summer any night of the week!





























Here is what you will need for the burgers:

1 packet ground turkey

1 egg

1/2 cup of shredded cheese (i used Monterey jack)

1 tbsp crushed garlic/garlic paste

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped parsley


























In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for the burgers. Then divide your mixture into 6 balls and shape into burger patties. Cook on the stove top for 3-3.5 minutes on each side or until completely cooked through. When your patties are almost done cooking, you can add your buns on the same pan and toast them for about 1 minute or until they get slightly brown/crispy!




























While the burgers are cooking, sauté sliced onion in a pan until tender and slightly brown (approximately 5-7 minutes)!



























Then you can top with my mom’s secret sauce which is Heinz chili sauce and mayo (sounds weird, but trust me its SOO good!)
























Top with tomato, avocado, grilled red onion and arugula (or any other toppings that you like)
