Buffalo Cauliflower + Sweet Potato Fries

OMG. My two favorite side dishes. This feels like you’re having a cheat meal, because it’s like wings with ranch, but it’s all SO HEALTHY.

Here’s the breakdown, and it’s super simple:

Buffalo Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Fries

What you’ll need

1 large cauliflower head

2 large sweet potatoes

1 cup buffalo sauce (you probably won’t be needing ALL of it though)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup greek yogurt 

Directions

Peel sweet potato. Tear apart cauliflower head into pieces. 

Preheat oven to 375. 

Place veggies on cookie sheet with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper sprinkled on them too.

Bake the veggies for ~25 minutes. 

Heat up the buffalo sauce in a sauce pan on low for 2-3 min. 

Once veggies are baked, toss them in the buffalo sauce. 

Place greek yogurt in a dipping dish, and ENJOY!!
