Creamy cauliflower, broccoli, cheddar & bacon soup

The ingredients:

~ 5cups of cauliflower or ONE head , diced and boiled 
5-6 pieces of bacon, cooked
1/2 onion or 1 cup, diced finely
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
3.5 cups brocoli ,diced
2/3 cup half & half 
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt 

The recipe:

Boil cauliflower for around 20 min or until soft

Then drain the water, add the broth and then use a hand mixer to blend 

Throw in the diced broccoli and onions

Add in garlic powder and butter 

Cook on the stove on low for around 10 minutes until broccoli is tender

Then, use the hand mixer to lightly pulse the soup- not entirely blending the broccoli- just a little!

Add cheese, pepper, salt, paprika, half & half, bacon and then simmer for 15 more minutes!

Top with green onion, a little more bacon and cheese
