The perfect cocktail to make for Valentine’s Day! Whether I’m in a relationship or not – I’ve alwayssss loved the holiday. It’s such a fun time to celebrate love with your girlfriends, spouse, parents, be cheesy and wear pink, and tell everyone you love you love them! I host galentines day every year and I will definitely be making these super fun martinis!! 💘

3 shots of vodka or gin (depending on your preference)

1.5 shot of Aperol

1/2 lemon, squeezed

1 tsp simple syrup or agave

1 egg white

Ice

The recipe:

Separate your egg white from the yolk and set aside

In a cocktail shaker, combine your vodka (or gin), aperol, squeezed lemon, agave, egg white and ice. Shake till combined and enjoy!! xx
