You can truly make this in 5 minutes. It’s the perfect weeknight dinner when you’re low on time and want a low-carb meal. This quick lemon linguine is such a simple nourishing and delicious pasta dish. It’s light and summery yet creamy and filling. Feel free to add protein and more veggies of choice but it’s perfect as is!!
12 oz heart of palm pasta
1 lemon, squeezed
1/3 cup peas
2/3 cup parmasean, grated
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon heavy cream
Seasonings: Garlic powder, pepper, salt
In a skillet on medium heat, saute your hearts of palm pasta for 1-2 minutes with a little drizzle of olive oil.
Add in your lemon juice, peas, parm, butter, heavy cream, and seasonings until creamy!
Remove from heat & top with even more parm and pepper! Enjoy! xx
