5 Minute Low Carb Lemon Linguine
You can truly make this in 5 minutes. It's the perfect weeknight dinner when you’re low on time and want a low-carb meal. This quick lemon linguine is such a simple nourishing and delicious pasta dish. It’s light and summery yet creamy and filling. Feel free to add protein and more veggies of choice but it’s perfect as is!!

In a skillet on medium heat, saute your hearts of palm pasta for 1-2 minutes with a little drizzle of olive oil.
Add in your lemon juice, peas, parmesan, butter, heavy cream, and seasonings until creamy!
Remove from heat & top with even more parmesan and pepper! Enjoy! xx
