Coffee Protein Shake

I’ve been looking for so many ways to make my caffeine intake healthier in the morning! And not only is this a healthier version of your normal cold brew – it’s so delicious too! With summer right around the corner, this is the perfect cold sweet treat in the morning! And if you want to have it later in the day – highly suggest swapping out your coffee cubes with decaf 😉

6 iced coffee cubes

2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt

1/2 tsbp cacao powder

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup oat milk

Optional: 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup

Optional: whipped cream, to top

The recipe:

Pour your coffee into ice cube trays and freeze. For best results, I highly recommend freezing overnight – but if you’re in a hurry, a few hours till they’ve frozen should be fine.

Add your coffee ice cubes, greek yogurt, cocao powder, vanilla protein, oat milk and maple syrup (optional for sweetness) in a blender and blend till smooth.

Pour into your fave glass, top with whipped cream and enjoy!! xx
