Honey Salami Burrata Toast

The BEST easy appetizer to put together quickly during the holiday! So simple yet so tasty🫶 make sure to save this recipe for your Friendsgivings/thanksgivings, or any holiday get together coming up you might have!!

SERVING SIZE: 6 MINI TOASTS

2 slices of large sourdough bread

2 teaspoons of olive oil, to drizzle

1 large burrata

6 medium-large thinly sliced salami of choice

1/4 cup basil, finely chopped

Honey / Hot honey, to drizzle

Optional: flaky salt to top

The recipe:

TIP: For an extra creamy burrata, soak it in warm water for 3-5 minutes before preparing this recipe!

Begin by toasting your sourdough until it’s delightfully crispy. Once toasted, cut it into thirds.

Drizzle the sourdough with olive oil, and then elegantly arrange your burrata on top.

Halve your salami slices and place them on top of the burrata. For a touch of sweetness, drizzle honey over the dish. If you have hot honey, I highly recommend this addition for an extra kick!

Finish by generously garnishing with finely chopped basil and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
