Begin by toasting your sourdough until it's delightfully crispy. Once toasted, cut it into thirds.
Drizzle the sourdough with olive oil, and then elegantly arrange your burrata on top.
Halve your salami slices and place them on top of the burrata. For a touch of sweetness, drizzle honey over the dish. If you have hot honey, I highly recommend this addition for an extra kick!
Finish by generously garnishing with finely chopped basil and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
