Fall cocktail idea with your girls: Cinnamon tequila sours – and make them vegan!!! Instead of egg whites, we’re using chickpea juice and it ACTUALLLLY works and you can’t taste it!!!!
SERVING SIZE: 2
3 shots tequila blanco
1.5 tablespoons simple syrup
1 lemon, squeezed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2.5 tablespoons chickpea water
Ice
Cinnamon Sticks, to garnish

TIP: For an extra refreshing cocktail experience, consider pre-chilling your preferred glass by placing it in the freezer. Alternatively, you can enhance the chill factor by adding ice to the glass just before pouring the cocktail. Cheers to a perfectly chilled drink!
Strain your chickpeas from a can over a bowl a cup to capture the water, or find a way to separate the water that works for you! I poured the water straight from the can!
In a shaker combine your tequila, simple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, chickpea water & ice.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks and enjoy!! Cheers!! xx
