Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad

A quick lunch idea with not too many ingredients needed! I’m obsessed with buffalo chicken AND Caesar salads.. so combining them just makes sense🥗 Simply elevate your Caesar salad with crispy buffalo chicken tenders and carrots for good nutrients and crunch!!!! My gosh… I want this every day🔥 it’s so easy, too!!!

SERVING SIZE: 2

6 Chicken tenders

1 head romaine lettuce

Olive Oil to drizzle

1/4 cup grated carrots

3 tablespoons Caesar dressing

1/4 cup parmasean to top

Seasonings: salt and pepper

The recipe:

Bake your chicken tenders in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through so they evenly cook.

While those bake, prep your veggies finely chopping your romaine lettuce and grating your carrots.

It’s time to plate! Add your romaine to a bowl and drizzle your Caesar dressing and olive oil then toss.

Remove your chicken tenders from the oven and slice into bite size pieces. Top your salad with the chicken tenders, grated carrots and sliced parm.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, enjoy!! xx
