Broccoli MASH

This is a childhood FAVORITE. Even though this is how my mom made me eat veggies when I was little, still to this day this is how I like to eat my broccoli hahaha. This is a great side dish for any dinner or lunch!! It’s also great for meal prep, and insanely easy to make.

What You’ll Need:

Serves 2

2 Cups broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons cream

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

What to do:

Boil the broccoli until soft, and drain it. Put it back in the hot pot (stems and all), and start to mash it. Add in all the rest of the ingredients, and mash/stir together. Salt and pepper to taste.
