Each workout is time-based, with the timer displayed on the screen so you know when to take your breaks & move on to the next exercise. They are all efficient, short, and sweet, which you will love, with a great variety to choose from. Booty, straight HIIT, arms, abs, etc. You can pair the workouts together or do them on their own, anytime, anywhere.
