3 Ingredient Cheesy Egg Bagel
This simple 3 ingredient cheesy egg bagel is the easiest high-protein breakfast that feels way more fun than your usual eggs. It was one of my go-to breakfasts during my first trimester of pregnancy and was especially easy on my stomach when nausea hit!

Scoop out the center of the bagel to create space for the egg mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and a splash of milk (if using). Carefully pour the egg mixture into the center of the scooped out bagel.
Place the bagel in the air fryer at 375°F for about 6 minutes, but watch it closely and cook until the egg is almost fully set.
Take the bagel out and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Place it back into the air fryer for another 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy warm!
