Coffee Protein Shake

I've been looking for so many ways to make my caffeine intake healthier in the morning! And not only is this a healthier version of your normal cold brew - it's so delicious too! With summer right around the corner, this is the perfect cold sweet treat in the morning! And if you want to have it later in the day - highly suggest swapping out your coffee cubes with decaf ;)

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cubes iced coffee of choice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • Optional: 1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup to sweeten
  • Optional: whipped cream, to top

Instructions
 

  • Pour your coffee into ice cube trays and freeze.
    For best results, I highly recommend freezing overnight - but if you're in a hurry, a few hours till they've frozen should be fine.
  • Add your coffee ice cubes, greek yogurt, cacao powder, vanilla protein, oat milk and maple syrup (optional for sweetness) in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into your fave glass, top with whipped cream and enjoy!! xx
