A quick and easy lunch idea!
Here’s what you need:
3-4 pieces of romaine
Dijon mustard
3 slices of turkey breast
2 slices of havarti cheese
1/2 Avocado
A handful of cherry tomatoes
1 green onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and EBTB seasoning
Here’s how you make it:
Rinse and dry the romaine & top with as much dijon mustard as you like. You could also use mayo or pesto here as well!
Then add turkey, cheese, avocado, tomatoes, green onion and seasoning. Enjoy!
