Here’s what you need:
1 head of broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder
1/3 cup crushed almonds
Tahini Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 small clove of minced garlic
1 tbsp water to thin it out
1 tbsp Dijon
Here’s how you make it:
Cut broccoli up into florets and place on a baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil and some garlic powder and onion powder.
Roast broccoli for 20 minutes at 400 (I like mine really crispy, and I feel like it tastes better that way!)
Now it’s time to make the sauce: add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until evenly combined.
For the toasted almonds, add the crushed almonds to a pan on medium heat and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly toasted.
Add the roasted broccoli to your plate and top with the tahini cream sauce and toasted almonds! Hope you enjoy!
