Roasted Broccoli with Tahini Cream Sauce & Toasted Almonds

This crispy roasted broccoli with tahini cream sauce and toasted almonds is a flavorful, nutrient-packed dish that’s perfect as a side or light meal. The combination of crispy veggies, creamy sauce, and crunchy almonds makes every bite irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of broccoli diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasonings: garlic powder & onion powder
  • 1/3 cup crushed almonds

For the Tahini Cream Sauce

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp water to thin it out
  • 1 tbsp Dijon

Instructions
 

  • Cut broccoli up into florets and place on a baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil and some garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Roast broccoli for 20 minutes at 400 (I like mine really crispy, and I feel like it tastes better that way!)
  • Now it's time to make the sauce: add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until evenly combined.
  • For the toasted almonds, add the crushed almonds to a pan on medium heat and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly toasted.
  • Add the roasted broccoli to your plate and top with the tahini cream sauce and toasted almonds! Hope you enjoy!
