Low Carb Lunch
I was trying to make a quick and healthy lunch in between meetings last week and I just threw a bunch of veggies and seasonings that I had at home in a pan and added it to a turkey burger for an extra protein kick! Came out SO good and it was seriously so easy to make!

Cook the turkey burger according to the package instructions (mine took about 5 minutes on each side, then I let it simmer on low for a couple more minutes to make sure it was fully cooked).
In a separate frying pan, sauté the zucchini, onion, corn, and chives with garlic powder, onion powder, Cheesy Seasoning Blend, and Lawry’s salt until veggies are tender and lightly golden.
Top the turkey burger with the sautéed veggies, sprinkle with cheese, and finish with sliced avocado.
Add extra red pepper flakes or hot sauce if you like some heat! Feel free to add more seasoning to taste.
