I was trying to make a quick and healthy lunch in between meetings last week and I just threw a bunch of veggies and seasonings that I had at home in a pan and added it to a turkey burger for an extra protein kick! Came out SO good and it was seriously so easy to make!
Here’s what you need:
1 Turkey burgerÂ
1/2 ZucchiniÂ
1/4 Onion, chopped
1/4 cup cornÂ
ChivesÂ
A couple shakes of garlic powderÂ
A couple shakes of onion powder
Cheesy Seasoning Blend (NEW seasoning from Trader Joe’s that is going to blow your mind, it’s SO good!)
Lawry salt
Sprinkle of cheese
1/2 Avocado
Here’s how you make it:
Cook your turkey burger according to the package (I used one from Trader Joe’s and it took about 5 minutes on each side and then I let it simmer on low for a few minutes just to make sure it was fully cooked)
Then in a separate frying pan, sauté all of your veggies and seasonings!
Top with cheese and avocado and feel free to add red pepper flakes or hot sauce if you like a little heat! You can also add some extra seasoning (salt/pepper or cheesy seasoning)
