Your new favorite go-to summer cocktail: CUCUMBER INFUSED PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITAS a remake of the famous one I had at the @amangirithat I canāt stop thinking about. Refreshing, delicious, and pretty to serve!!! Linking the syrup HERE! P.S. bartenders & mixologists please donāt come for me for using shots as measurements haha I donāt go by ounces
The recipe:
To infuse your own cucumber tequila, simply cut your cucumbers into small pieces and add them to your container with your tequila. Allow to infuse overnight in the fridge.
However, you totally can buy cucumber tequila thatās already pre-made to make things easier and faster!
Combine all your cucumber tequila, prickly pear syrup, lime juice, orange liqueur, ice, and a sprinkle of salt in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine or if you donāt have one, stirring works just as well!
Optional: Add your tajin or salt to a plate. Use a slice of lime to wet the rim and coat with your rim garnish of choice!
Add a slice of cucumber as garnish and enjoy!! xx
