Crispy Chicken Caesar Couscous Bowl
Dinner couldn't get easier than this bowl! It's light, flavorful, and uses just a handful of ingredients!

Cook the couscous according to the package instructions in a stockpot. Set aside.
Shred your chicken before adding to the skillet.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the cooked shredded chicken in a little olive oil with a dash of salt and pepper until heated through and crispy. Set aside.
Finely chop the romaine lettuce, green onion, and slice the avocado.
In each serving bowl, layer the couscous as the base. Arrange the crispy chicken, romaine lettuce, avocado slices, and green onion on top of the couscous.
Drizzle Caesar salad dressing over your assembled bowl! Enjoy! xx
