Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Don’t know what to do with your avocados that are about to go bad? Well, you can actually use them to make pudding! This guilt-free, super easy dessert is so light and creamy, and because it’s made with avocado – great for your skin too!

1 medium/large avocado, ripe

2.5 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup coconut milk (I used a can, and most of the hearty coconut instead of the liquid part)

2.5 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

To top: whipped cream, and fruit of choice! (I used raspberries)

The recipe:

Pit and peel your avocados and add to the blender.

Blend all your ingredients until smooth, and feel free to add more almond milk if needed!
