Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Here’s what you need:

½  package chicken tenders

¼  cup buffalo sauce

4 leaves of iceberg lettuce

1 tbsp ranch dressing

1 carrot, shredded

Green onion

Cheese

Here’s how you make it:

Chicken: Take your chicken and pan fry in olive oil, garlic powder, onion salt and vegeta. I like it crispy and almost blackened. I cook mine for about 5 minutes on medium on each side and then cut it up into smaller pieces and cook for about another 5 minutes, until crispy! Once it’s done, add buffalo sauce and mix until the chicken is completely coated. 

Wash your iceberg lettuce and pat dry. Add a little bit of ranch dressing to each lettuce leaf and then add in buffalo chicken mixture. Top with shredded carrots, green onions and some cheese.
