The ingredients:

1 slice of sourdough

1 tbsp cream cheese

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/3 cup diced tomatoes

Juice from 1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle of olive oil

Handful of arugula

The recipe:

Start with a freshly toasted piece of sourdough bread

Spread cream cheese evenly across the toasted bread

Top with avocado slices and diced tomatoes

Then add juice from 1/2 a lemon and salt & pepper to taste

Lastly, add a handful of arugula and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil! You could also add some crushed red pepper flakes here as well!
