Trust me you guys, this avocado toast recipe is INSANE and you will never want to have avocado toast another way, ever again!
The recipe:
Start with a freshly toasted piece of sourdough bread. Spread cream cheese evenly across the toasted bread.
Top with avocado slices and diced tomatoes.
Then add juice from 1/2 a lemon and salt & pepper to taste.
Lastly, add a handful of arugula and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil! You could also add some crushed red pepper flakes here as well!

- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/3 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
