Here’s what you need: makes 2 drinks
2 shots of pineapple infused tequila (1/2 pineapple diced and about 1 cup of tequila)
Juice from 3 limes
1/3 cup coconut milk
A few Jalapeño slices (to your spice liking)
A little agave ( I used ~1 tsp)
A handful of pineapple chunks
Time to make the pineapple infused tequila: First, dice up 1/2 pineapple and add it to a jar or dish and cover with tequila! Then let it soak in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Once the tequila is infused, take 2 shots and add it to a cocktail shaker with the remaining ingredients and shake until thoroughly mixed.
Then pour over ice in a margarita class and top with some more pineapple chunks, jalapeño slices and ENJOY!!
