Beef Hash with Fried Egg

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Chili powder onion salt, Lawry’s salt, and pepper (to taste)
  • Handful of shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Dice the potatoes up and add to a frying pan with a little bit of water. Let them boil for a few minutes to soften.
  • Add in the diced onion, bell pepper, and ground beef. Drizzle in some olive oil and season with chili powder, onion salt, Lawry’s salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked and the potatoes get nice and crispy.
  • Serve up a portion of the beef hash and top with shredded cheese, an egg cooked to your liking, avocado slices, and chopped green onions.
  • Enjoy! Add some hot sauce for an extra kick!
