Pumpkin spice protein balls

The ingredients:

1/2 cup oats blended (or oat/almond flour)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon & pumpkin spice

1 tablespoon maple syrup 

1 cup nut butter 

2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1 cup pumpkin spice chips 

1/2 tablespoon coconut oil 

The recipe:

Combine oat flour, spices, maple syrup, nut butter, protein powder, chocolate chips. Roll into small balls.

Melt the pumpkin spice chips with coconut oil. Coat the balls with the melted pumpkin spice chips and sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin pie seasoning on top before the shell hardens.

Refrigerate for 1+ hour in case you want to eat, but otherwise these will be kept in the refrigerator and are great to meal prep!
