Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls
Satisfy your sweet tooth with these Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls, packed with cozy fall flavors and a boost of protein. With a blend of oats, nut butter, and pumpkin spice, they’re a deliciously healthy treat perfect for snacking or a quick energy boost!
Combine oat flour, spices, maple syrup, nut butter, protein powder, chocolate chips. Roll into small balls.
Melt the pumpkin spice chips with coconut oil.
Coat the balls with the melted pumpkin spice chips and sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin pie seasoning on top before the shell hardens.
Refrigerate for 1+ hour in case you want to eat, but otherwise these will be kept in the refrigerator and are great to meal prep!
