The ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
3-4 cups sliced mushrooms
1.3 pounds of steak cut up
3 garlic cloves
1.5 cups white rice uncooked
Pepper and onion powder
To top: green onions and sesame seeds
The recipe:
Marinate steak in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire, and 1/3 cup teriyaki (this will also be the sauce for it)
For the rice I like to soak it in water for 4+ hours so the rice expands for better sticky rice, and then rinse it.
Dice up mushrooms. Then, in a skillet pan, throw in your butter. Next throw in the mushrooms and the steak with the marinade. Sauté for around 5-7 min only or until steak is cooked to your liking.
Once the steak and mushrooms are almost cooked, I added in 1 tbsp of flour to thicken up the sauce a little! Then plate with the rice and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
