Here’s what you need:
3 Italian chicken sausages
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cup butternut squash, diced
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Diced green onions
Here’s how you make it:
Bake sausage, broccoli, butternut squash, onions in a little olive oil, garlic, pepper, onion powder and sea salt at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Now it’s time to bake your potato: pierce your potatoes with a fork before microwaving. Microwave each potato for 3-4 minutes and the carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes!
Add veggie and sausage mixture to your baked potato and top with shredded cheddar cheese , green onion and sour cream! YUM! SO easy and SO delicious!
