Whether it's through the recipes you fuel your body with or the workouts you do every day, I want you to feel confident in building a daily routine that feels right for YOU. Let's get started, together!
2 tsp Vegeta (this spice truly makes the entire dish!! but if you need to sub with chicken bouillon you can, just use a lot less)
1 clove, crushed garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Here’s how you make it:
Dice carrots up really small and boil them in a little bit of water (in a frying pan) until the water evaporates
Then add in diced onion and zucchini in a little olive oil to saute.
Now it’s time to add in the main ingredient: VEGETA!! It is a special seasoning that my mom always uses (she’s Croatian) and this in any dish is literally THE BEST!
In a separate pan, grill chicken in a little oil in some garlic powder, pepper, and lawrys salt. Cook for about 10 minutes or until your chicken is fully cooked and then dice it up after into small pieces!
Then once the veggies are fully cooked, add in your pre-cooked rice and mix until well blended. Add 1 more tablespoon of butter, more vegeta and pepper to taste!
Lastly, mix the diced chicken into the rice and veggie mixture and ENJOY!
