This Lemon, Garlic, Parmesan & Butter Pasta with Shaved Brussels, Zucchini, and Bacon is a flavorful, comforting dish that combines zesty lemon, savory garlic, and creamy Parmesan, all tied together with crispy bacon and fresh veggies for the perfect balance of indulgence and freshness.
Cook zucchini and brussels sprouts in 1/2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, pepper and onion salt for about 7-8 minutes or until your veggies are cooked to your liking!
In a pot, cook 2 servings of angel hair pasta, according to the package. Make sure to shave 1/3 cup pasta water for your sauce!!! This is very important!
Fry up some bacon to your perfect level of crispiness. I like my bacon EXTRA crispy.
In a frying pan, add butter, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add pasta and the pasta water and parmesan cheese.
Mix it all together. Then add bacon crumbles and the sautéed veggies. Top with some more pepper and parmesan cheese!
