If you’ve ever had leftovers from a charcuterie board and you weren’t sure what to do with them, this salad is for YOU!!!
Here’s what you need:
arugula (or any salad base you have)
roasted tomatoes (sautéed in garlic and salt and olive oil over medium for 5 min)
diced parm cheese
de-pitted black olives
salt and pepper
Just mix everything together in one bowl and enjoy!!
Side note: you can use literally whatever you have leftover from your charcuterie plate!!
